The first-generation Drilling rig driving system uses the DC module in the ROSHILL 1400 system to control the conduction angle of the SCR element, and rectify the constant voltage and constant frequency AC power supply into a continuously adjustable DC power supply. The output of the rectifier bridge supplies power to the DC motor through the assigned contactor, realizes the speed and torque control of the rig drawworks, mud pump, turntable or top drive, and implements infinitely variable speeds. This system is compatible with offshore drilling platforms and land drilling systems.
